Submission Policy

• You acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions when submitting any ideas, suggestions, materials, manuscripts, videotapes, photographs, etc. (hereinafter, referred to as the "Submissions"):
• The Submission(s) may be shared in their entirety with any member, or employee of CCA and B, LLC as well as any, editor, or author of The Elf on the Shelf (hereinafter, collectively referred to as "CCA&B").
• Neither CCA&B nor any of its affiliated companies or entities shall be obligated to use your Submission(s) or to compensate you for any such Submission(s).
• Any party submitting a Submission shall not be deemed an agent, representative, partner or joint venture partner of CCA&B for any purpose. Furthermore, any party submitting a Submission shall not be granted, and shall not represent that it has been granted, any authority to assume or create any obligation of or in the name of CCA&B or to bind CCA&B in any way.
• It is possible, similar Submission(s) may be submitted to CCA&B by multiple sources. It is also possible that a Submission may be similar to ideas generated or developed independently by CCA&B and its associates. Therefore, CCA&B shall not be liable for its creation and/or distribution of a project which is the same or similar to any Submissions made by you to CCA&B.
• CCA&B shall not be liable for any use or disclosure to a third party of any of the Submissions.
