Our private, family-owned publishing company launched in 2005 in metro Atlanta in order to publish our flagship title, The Elf on the Shelf: A Christmas Tradition, and a line of interactive books and consumer products followed.

Scout Elf Productions, a new entertainment subsidiary, marks a significant milestone in The Lumistella Company‘s “elf-olution”: Our second animated special, Elf Pets: Santa’s St. Bernards Save Christmas, is destined to become a modern-day Christmas classic, like the first special, An Elf’s Story, released in 2011. Just as our Scout Elf character has soared annually in Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade^® since 2012, The Lumistella Company continues to reach for new heights, especially with our expansion into new markets around the globe.
