Sarah Bass | Product Development Coordinator
Sarah joined CCA and B in 2008. Her many duties include: sales, product development and assisting with international relations. Our very own “office clown,” Sarah is always there to make you laugh with her silly antics and dance moves. She is a graduate of The College of Charleston where she majored in Communication, with a concentration in Communication Studies.
Interesting fact: Sarah once ventured to Maine for a moose safari. |

Misty Davis | Customer Service Manager
Misty joined CCA and B in November 2008. Her sweet disposition and intelligent assessment of situations makes her an asset to CCA and B. Misty handles our Account Service Representatives, product marketing and hospitality services. She has a degree in Communication Studies from Kennesaw State University.
Interesting Fact: Misty’s maiden name is Misty Bleau Waters.

Alyssa White | Financial Associate
Alyssa joined our family in the fall of 2007. Aside from her hectic off-work schedule, which includes toting around her 3-year-old sweetie Aisley, her roles at CCA and B include sales, customer account services and financial management.
Interesting Fact: Alyssa was voted class clown all four years in high school.

Mary Simon | Office Manager
Affectionately referred to as our very own “Mother Hen” because of her calming nature and willingness to help everyone in the office, Mary began sharing her smile with our company in June of 2007. She handles all the inner workings of the office, including but certainly not limited to: office organization and maintenance, managing the front desk and coordinating projects.
Interesting Fact: Mary, or shall we say Florence Henderson, loves to travel with her husband Ron and spend time with their six children. They certainly keep her very “Brady” life busy!

James Howard| Shipping/Warehouse assistant
James is our resident “shipping ambassador.” He brings years of experience and a bright smile to his position. After joining our company on a part-time basis in 2007, James became full-time last year. The father of a 3-year-old son, Julian, he’s responsible for the quality control of our products and oversees the prompt shipment of each package.
Interesting Fact: James played on a high school basketball team while in junior high. Now that’s impressive don’t you think? |

Grace Purtell | Inside Sales Manager
Grace is the CCA and B employee that handles sales for the company. Full of energy and spunk, she helps to spread the word about our products by developing relationships with our clients. A graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, she enjoys being a newlywed with her “honey bunny” Steve.
Interesting Fact: Grace was a volunteer firefighter in college.

Nathan Mills | Shipping/Warehouse Manager
Always willing to lend his expertise, Nathan is a versatile and dependable player. He is in charge of getting our products out in an organized and timely manner. Besides managing inventory, ordering supplies and administration over the shipping and delivery departments, he also assists with product development and tradeshow booth layout.
Interesting Fact: Nathan is a world champion kayaker.

Denise Taylor | Chief Financial Officer
This Indiana University of Pennsylvania graduate joined the CCA and B team in 2009, assuming the role of our Financial Officer. Denise, who also handles the human resources aspect of the company, has been a CPA in the state of Georgia since 1991.
Interesting Fact: Denise loves to play tennis. |

Chanda Bell | Partner/Author
Co-author of The Elf on the Shelf, Chanda manages the company with her family. Staying busy with book signings each fall/early winter, she is also in charge of project development and purchasing. She has a degree from the University of West Georgia.
Interesting Fact: Chanda has always had a desire to be a stand-up comedian.

Carol Aebersold | Partner/Author
Greeting the office with a warm smile and lovable demeanor, Carol is co-author of The Elf on the Shelf and a partner with CCA and B. She is also a graduate of the University of Tennessee.
Interesting Fact: Carol is a willing participant in community musical theater. Some of her favorite acting experiences were playing Mrs. Paroo in The Music Man, Mrs. Potiphar in Joseph and The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and a host of animal characters in HONK! |

Christa Pitts | Chief Operating Officer
After leaving her job as a QVC program host, Christa become a partner in her family’s company in June of 2005. Wearing many hats, she oversees purchasing, web development, overseas growth, advertising and marketing. She has a degree in Mass Communications from the University of West Georgia.
Interesting Fact: Christa once turned down a date with Jimmy Fallon (only because she was married).
